张光平 1962年5月出生。在美国南卫理公会大学获得经济学博士学位。1992年在美国罗格斯大学任教；1993~2003年先后在美国标准普尔公司、瑞士联合银行、美国大通银行等机构工作。2003年受聘成为上海期货交易所首席金融工程专家；2005~2007年在中国银监会负责创新业务监管协作。现任上海银监局副局长。张博士先后发表过《巴林倒闭与金融衍生产品》《奇异期权》《人民币衍生产品》等数本英文和中文金融专业著作。
